Compact Helium Sparging Manifolds

Compact Gas Manifold for Helium Sparging of 3 or 4 HPLC solvents simultaneously. The gas manifold features:

• Three or four needle valves for individual and fine control of Helium flow to each of three or four reservoirs.
• Three way solenoid controlled shut off valve. The needle valves need not be used as shut off valves and the manifold is vented when the Helium flow is shut off.

• Fittings for 1/8" metal or plastic tubing.

ADVANTAGES:

Degasses HPLC solvents with a minimum of Helium. The solenoid controlled manifold is programmable by timers and HPLC equipment external switches. The degassing prevents shifting base lines due to changes in oxygen concentrations in solvents, spurious peaks caused by outgassing in detectors and eliminates pump down time caused by air locks in check valves.
